A quintessential kimchi made with daikon radish (mu). Kimchi with a satisfying crunch. Radish cube kimchi is the perfect accompaniment to daily soups like beef & radish soup, seaweed soup or rice cake soup. One of our most beloved kimchis.

Also great when chopped up and made into fried rice. Particularly crunchy and delicious in the fall/winter.

INGREDIENTS: Korean radish, gochugaru, dashi, garlic, ginger, onion, apple, rice, salted shrimp, fish sauce, Korean radish and scallions. Contains shellfish.
