One of our top soups! A clean, non-spicy soup made with Debragga beef brisket, Korean radish and tofu from local tofu maker FongOn. This is a daily soup you can enjoy several times a week.

This soup is has subtle flavors that make it a great soup for breakfast, lunch, dinner or when you need something that really feels home-made. A great soup to serve as a backdrop for all of our great tasting banchan!

Enjoy by adding rice as a ‘guk bap’ or with a separate bowl of rice. Add some red pepper flakes (gochugaru) to kick it up a notch.

Ingredients: Debragga beef brisket, Korean radish, FongOn tofu, dashi, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
