Korean name: Dubu Jorim

Tofu braised in a slightly sweet and spicy soy marinade. This one will make you ask for more rice! We use local, small-batch tofu made by Fongon, the oldest family run tofu shop in NYC. 

Ingredients
Fongon tofu, onion, mirin, gochugaru, soy sauce, dashi, sugar, garlic, scallion, and peppers.
