Rice cakes and beef brisket in a clean dashi broth. We only use rice cakes from Yedang, the best local Korean rice cake maker. Pair with kimchi or other favorite banchan. So easy and simple yet oh so satisfying.

Does not include egg.

Cooking instructions: Bring to a boil in a pot with lid on the stove for 2 minutes or until the rice cakes are soft. Add a whisked egg (wait 10-15 seconds before stirring otherwise the broth will become cloudy). Garnish with some gim strips.

Ingredients: Rice cakes from Yedang, prime beef brisket from Debragga, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, dashi, fish sauce and black pepper.
