Korean name: saengseon jeon

Great way for kids to eat fish! Medallions of cod-fish dredged lightly in flour and coated with whisked eggs. Pan-fried to a golden color. Jeon is beloved by kids and grown-ups alike. 

Heating: Pan-fry with 2 Tbsp oil for 2 mins on each side or microwave.

INGREDIENTS: Cod, salt, sake/mirin, wheat flour, eggs, scallion, garlic, peppers, and
soy sauce. Soy sauce, mirin, garlic, sugar, and sesame oil. Contains gluten and eggs.
