House Made Aged Napa Cabbage Kimchi (6 Months+) 16oz

House-made, small batch napa cabbage kimchi aged for over 6 months. Well aged kimchi still retains a crunchy texture yet has deeper, tangier flavors when compared with fresher kimchi. When cooking with kimchi, aged kimchi renders the best flavors. Enjoy as a simple side dish like fresh kimchi to enjoy stronger tangy/sour notes that pair well with rich or fatty foods.

We make our kimchi in-house every two weeks using clean, ingredients and no shortcuts. Our gochugaru from Haenam, Korea and traditionally made fish sauce from Korea. Our aged kimchi is made and fermented and only cut when ripened and ready to jar (not precut tk quick ferment).
