Slow-braised chicken thighs with potatoes and carrots in an addictive red pepper sauce. This one is spicy! Warm in pot with lid for 15 mins on low heat or until it almost falls off the bone. Enjoy with rice and banchan.


Ingredients: D'artagnan chicken thighs, potato, carrot, onion, apple, peppers, dashi, garlic, sugar, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, scallion, pepper, and sesame seeds.
