Freshly milled uncooked rice imported from South Korea.  Rice sold in Asian supermarkets (grown in California and sold under Korean and Japanese brands) is mostly medium grain rice. This is true short grain rice that was grown and harvested in Korea. 

White rice is brown rice that is 100% milled to remove the hull, the bran and the cereal germ. When cooked, white rice is soft and glistening with a pleasant bouncy texture. Banchan shines when you eat it with rice!

Refrigerate or store in a cool, dry place. Rice to water ratio is suggested at 1:1 and adjust from there to your liking.
