Korean name: galbi jjim

Tender short ribs and root vegetables braised in a soy marinade.

INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in a pot with lid, low heat for 20 mins or until soft to the touch.  High heat will render the short ribs dry and tough. Serve with rice. 1-2 servings.

INGREDIENTS: Debragga short ribs, salt, pepper, sake, mirin, Korean pear, sugar, shiitake mushroom, soy sauce, onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, and kombu.
